They would be the ones with tales to tell and stories to write, the ones dealt a bad hand who responded with courage. Don’t pity a shelter dog. Adopt one. And be proud to have their greatness by your side.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

DoggyLand shelter is a\ntemporary house for the dogs and cats who need us. Born at dumpsters, hit with\ncruelty, sent away from yards or simply abandoned at the shelter gate, puppies\nof few days old in card boxes, puppies or adults hit by cars or people, oldies\nwith no teeth abandoned by owners on the streets to die alone, pregnant females\nwho bother .. they all get a second chance for tomorrow in DoggyLand. The\nshelter it’s a start for new, better lives, toward adoptive and forever\nfamilies, a place where they receive safety, trust, food and medical care but\nalso cuddles and basic rules of socializing and walking on leash. We can not\nsave and take them all in, but the ones we do take, we treat them with love and\nresponsibility until they no longer need us. And then another one finds his\nplace in shelter..one by one until there’s none.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover,\nat the same time with the shelter activity, in order to stop the abandonment of\nanimals and decrease the number of animals on the streets, our association also\nprovides regularly free spaying for dogs and cats from community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Financial\nsupport comes exclusively from private persons (rarely, companies) or\nfoundations from international animal welfare who understood that the solution\nrelies only on working together for a brighter present and future for animals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
